Here are some shots from my recent trip to Vietnam.
Very interesting and different, but if you're looking for a relaxing holiday - skip it - especially Hanoi.
It is overwhelmingly frenetic and everyone seems to always be rushing off to somewhere.
For this trip it's my usual Hexar with only the humble, but capable VC 35mm/2.5 Color-Skopa.
Films used were a mixture of Provia, Velvia, Ekta and Fuji Pro 200.
I bought the Fuji Pro 200 in Hanoi, it cost about S$3 a roll. I'm glad I didn't bulk-buy it though.
I find it to be low-contrast, flat and far to grainy for ASA200.
It's also a major-pain to scan as it curls so badly that it goes into a roll.
This series is still a work in progress, too many rolls to scan with too little time.
